The unit applies to individuals who are developing and coaching others, for whom critical thinking skills (including analysis, synthesis, and evaluation) are an important part of their job roles.

This unit applies to individuals who are typically responsible for leading teams.

Learning goals include:

– The student understands critical and creative thinking concepts and models to assess the critical thinking skills of individuals and teams.

– The student establishes an environment that encourages the application of critical and creative thinking by developing processes and facilitating formal and informal learning opportunities.
